Imperium Académico Multidisciplinary Journal (IAMJ) adopts an open-access model under which all its content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0). This model guarantees free, immediate and unrestricted access to articles for readers and institutions.

This licence allows users to access, download, copy, distribute, print, link to, adapt and reuse the content for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, without obtaining prior permission from the journal or the authors. Users must give appropriate credit to the authors and the original source of publication, provide a link to the licence and indicate whether any changes were made. No additional legal or technological restrictions may be applied that limit the uses permitted by the licence.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright over their works and grant Imperium Académico Multidisciplinary Journal (IAMJ) the right of first publication, together with a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, communicate and disseminate the articles through its official platforms, academic repositories, indexing systems and other relevant channels.

Authors may share, deposit and reuse the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networks and other platforms, provided that they acknowledge the original publication in IAMJ and retain the terms of the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of the materials included in their manuscripts and for obtaining the necessary permissions to reproduce images, figures, tables, databases or other third-party content. Any material subject to different terms must be clearly identified through the corresponding notice.
